US National Institutes of Health
Our team led the initiative to keep facilities maintenance in-house, by developing an award-winning Precision Maintenance Program, developing into a Condition-Based Facility Maintenance Program, supporting facilities in Bethesda, MD, Hamilton, MT, Baltimore, MD, Poolesville, MD and Galveston, TX
US Army Oil Analysis Program
Our team helped to enhance the AOAP Program at Redstone Arsenal by implementing a Quality Program that has been accredited by ANAB to achieve ISO 17025, and has provided personnel training to achieve ICML Laboratory Lubricant Analyst certification for laboratory staff and management.
US Army/National Guard
Working as a subcontractor to Boeing for the MSG-3 maintenance initiative, our team developed grease sampling tools for the Chinook CH-47 fleet, and performed over 10,000 grease analysis tasks to determine the rate of grease degradation in service for 20+ helicopter components, resulting in $100 million saved in annual sustainment costs.
